Job summary
Provide positive first and last impressions to guests as they arrive and leave the hotel. Assist with luggage, packages upon arrival and departure, arrange transportation when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Get assignments keys special guest requests from supervisor at beginning of shift.
- Greet guests take luggage to guestrooms promptly checking in and out check secure guests' luggage until departure.
- Hail taxicabs answer inquiries carry luggage to curb meet transportation.
