- Responsible for meeting or exceeding cost, schedule and quality commitments

- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience

- Experience in leading design, development and integration of complex systems
- Proven leadership skills and competencies
- Ability to identify emerging risks and develop corrective actions and/or mitigation plans
- Must have excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent business acumen and negotiating skills
- Ability to travel as needed
