- Administer EH&S standards to ensure the protection of personnel, the community, and the environment.
- Direct and monitor plant production to efficiently meet customer requirements.
- Organize and control maintenance functions to optimize cost and reliability.
- Coordinate with the corporate human resources staff to identify, analyze, and resolve personnel issues, in order to ensure an effective and motivated work force.
- Provide corporate production management with accurate and timely information, in order to facilitate effective decisions and actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regulating plant operation, distribution of product, and management of employees.
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in an Operations, Maintenance, or Technical leadership position.
- Demonstrated commitment to EH&S excellence.
- Proven leadership, communication and supervisory skills.
- Sound working knowledge of basic chemical unit operations including manufacturing and packaging.
- Overall understanding of crop protection chemicals is preferred.
