    Medical Director, Addiction & Internal Medicine

    Philadelphia FQHC

    Position Highlights :

    • Work-Life Balance: Flexible 32-hour or 40-hour weekly schedule, 3.5 Clinic Days
    • Ideal Work Environment: Medical Director title, Site-Director responsibility; 4 Direct Reports
    • Favorable Call Schedule: Two weeks per year + one holiday
    • Culture & Support: Behavioral Health and Residential Addiction Rehab on-site for easy referrals & support
    • Leadership Opportunities: Collaborate with a robust multi-disciplinary team and coach Resident Physicians

    Compensation & Benefits :

    • Financial Package: Based on experience and weekly hourly commitment
    • Additional Bonus Incentives: 2 Opportunities to earn up to an additional 7% increase, annually
    • Student Loan Assistance: Generous forgiveness with potential to be combined with state or federal programs
    • Professional Growth: Work with Residents in training, ensuring a pipeline of qualified Addiction Medicine doctors for the future
    • Additional Perks: No forced "length of stay" language in employment contract

    Qualifications :

    • Degree: DO or MD, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
    • Skillset: Experience in Community Medicine and a passion for mission-driven care
    • Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience , and must have an Addiction Medicine background
    • Sponsorship: No Sponsorship Available at this time
