Position:
Project Engineer

Location:
Alpharetta, GA

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $140,000

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer
Experienced with Civil 3D
Residential Land Development experience
5+ years of post-graduate experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships.

Preferred:
Subdivision experience is highly preferred.

Job description:
Responsible for conceptualizing the initial design approach for a major phase of a large project or having overall responsibility for the engineering work on a project of limited scope

Plans, schedules, conducts, or coordinates engineering work involving conventional engineering practices but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements.

May work as an Assistant Project Manager
Supervision of less experienced engineers or technical support personnel is exercised on an assignment basis and is not an ongoing substantial component at this level
Exercises judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria
Determines additional information that is needed from internal clients and coordinates them directly with internal team.
Makes basic decisions regarding alternative procedures when information is not given

Xenathia Green is a native of Georgia, where she attended Georgia Southern University to obtain a Bachelor of Business Management Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Upon graduation, she worked as a logistical sales representative, generating a customer base from scratch. During her time in logistics, Xenathia discovered satisfaction in helping others gain from new opportunities. After learning more about staffing and recruiting, she started a career in contract staffing for entry-level logistics roles.

During her first 2 years of recruiting, she developed an interest and talent in the engineering sector of recruiting and has now found her space at Selectek as a Technical Recruiter.

She likes to travel, spend quality time with family, and hike various locations across the Atlanta and North Georgia Region in her free time.
