Job summary
We are looking for client focused candidates with strong knowledge of the financial services business and financial markets. As a Client Analyst, you will assist senior members of the team in their role as Client Executives and Relationship Managers in support of existing relationships with top clients.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. Building on your background of customer relationship skills and knowledge of processes and procedures for our customers' products, you will gain exposure to senior level executives both internally and externally while ensuring that clients receive the best service possible.
The team you will be joining is part of State Street's Global Clients Division (GCD). We are focused on achieving objectives with our largest and most complex global clients through global teams led by senior client executives with real decision-making authority. You will be responsible for executing ongoing client activities, assisting with CRM updates, managing client billing setup/documentation and overdue billing collection as needed.
