    We are currently seeking an experienced:

    TREASURY ANALYST

    Full Time - Hybrid

    Job Summary:

    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various entities.
    • Assist with maintaining bank accounts and banking relationships.
    • Coordinate with various banks and follow-up on issue resolutions.
    • Remotely deposit checks and process cash receipts as needed.
    • Research historical activity as needed.
    • Assist in monitoring Positive Pay exceptions
    • Ability to read and understand loan and legal documents preferred.
    • Assist with covenant compliance deadlines outlined in loan agreements.
    • Analyze cash flow processes and make suggestions for improvement.
    • Provide daily cash and monthly cash reporting as needed.
    • Preparation of domestic and international cash wires
    • Assist with preparation of domestic and international cash wires as needed.
    • Monitor all treasury management functions and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvement initiatives.
    Job Requirements:
    • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in a business or finance related field.
    • Two years or more experience in Treasury and bank reconciliations preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organization skills are required.
    • Must be able to multitask and prioritize projects.
    • Ability and initiative to deal with complex situations.
    • Experience in a multi-company organization preferred.
    • Possess business knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
    • Must be dependable, ability to meet strict deadlines and work overtime as needed.
    • Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as with others.
    • Customer service oriented in dealing with multiple levels of management in person and virtually.
    • Able to work with sensitive and confidential information.
    • Highly dependable.
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
