    Description
    *This role is a Hybrid role, 3 days in office each week and 2 days remote each week following your probationary period. Our office is located in Coconut Creek, Florida.
    Site Impact is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team.

    As a data analyst, you will play a critical role in our organization by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making across various departments.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with teams across the company to gather and compile data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
    • Create dashboards and reports to understand and monitor key product metrics
    • Take ad-hoc analyses and turn them into a repeatable, scalable data views that our team can leverage on their own
    • Tie together disparate data sources in order to tell cohesive data stories to inform decision making
    • Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Design and develop data visualizations, charts, and graphs to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Conduct predictive analysis to identify potential future trends and opportunities.
    • Clean, transform, and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis, ensuring data integrity.
    • Integrate data from multiple sources and systems and troubleshoot data-related issues.
    • Implement and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
    • Collaborate with department heads and leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
    *Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a data analyst or in a related role.
    • Experience working with financial planning and analytics
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong knowledge of data management and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
