    Arrow Fastener|GreatStar Tools USA is seeking an SAP Business ByDesign System Administrator and Integration Specialist to join our enterprise IT Business Solutions team.

    The company is moving to SAP Business ByDesign.

    This role will work with Leadership, Business Owners, Vendors, Customers, and employees to participate in the management of our implementation and support of SAP Business ByDesign and other systems for the organization.

    The SAP Business ByDesign System Administrator and Integration Specialist will use their leadership and management capabilities, work in a strategic nature to define technology roadmaps, implementation plans, integration plans, and then provide guidance and leadership to the business and technicians.

    They will also directly support escalations, resolve user issues, and monitor the performance of business-critical systems to prevent delays, outages, and quickly resolve ongoing issues, on a 24/7 basis.

    The role will oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the organization's business solutions and services in a reliable and secure manner.

    This role will report directly to GSTU's VP of Information Technology, with a matrix reporting relationship to the IT Site Managers at each business unit.

    The Administrator / Integration Specialist should be providing updates proactively and establish themselves as a leader within the IT organization.

    Responsibilities
    Work at a strategic level collaborating with IT Leadership and business leaders to define technology roadmaps.

    Job duties include providing technical support to end users, collaborating with other IT teams (internal and external), performing system maintenance, and managing new enhancements / functionality to our SAP business solutions.

    Responsibilities include solution design, solution deployment, and technical troubleshooting, which requires strong expertise in various programming languages, data structures, and integration best practices.

    Participate in the planning of systems integration projects between business unit teams and customers or 3PLs
    Provide technical expertise for planning, executing and integrating new system applications into the existing environment
    Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate systems integration projects and initiatives. Identify common models and document integration best practices.
    Design, develop and deploy solutions within the framework of the organization's architectural principles, policies and guidelines for integrated systems
    Participate in the integration testing phase of software and applications under development to identify and resolve issues as they arise
    Implement auditing, connectivity and monitoring of solutions to provide proactive operational support.
    Help identify opportunities to improve business processes
    Continuously develop skills with existing integration technologies and keep abreast of new developments in integration technology.
    Ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IT solutions, meeting, or exceeding business needs.
    Oversee IT projects and the successful implementation, as assigned
    Contribute to the development of corporate standards.
    Manage internal and external suppliers and other resources.

    Be the key IT point of contact with key stakeholders in the business and educate the business in the values and constraints of IT Services.

    Ensure that IT practices and solutions comply with existing laws, regulations, IT governance process and internal controls.

    Contribute towards the establishment of GSTU Policies and procedures, and ensure the alignment of Shop-Vac / SKTools and GSIU company specific policies and procedures are aligned, and the department operates effectively and reliably.

    Resolve Helpdesk Escalations, Level 3, and Level 1-2 if IT technicians are unable to successfully resolve a user's issue.
    Participate in the negotiation with Vendor Contracts
    Own and run Incident Response for Shop-Vac / SKTools business solutions.
    Qualifications

    Strong development experience in SAP Business ByDesign Technology platform with excellent working knowledge of integration and orchestration: Connectivity, cloud integration, API management, business rules.

    Hands-on experience implementing service-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies, including messaging, XML, SOAP/REST web services, and HTTP.
    Good understanding of enterprise integration models, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and REST/OData APIs.

    SaaS integration:
    Integration with SAP and/or non-SAP cloud applications using the SAP Business Technology Platform.
    Working knowledge of Internet security and communication
    Knowledge of EDI files, structures and layouts is an asset.
    Experience with databases and data-driven applications is highly desirable.
    Experience in business and technical needs analysis, business process modeling and mapping, methodology development and data mapping.
    Proficiency with XML and JSON constructs and schemas as well as flat files.
    Experience securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication, authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption methods.
    Knowledge of best practices and methodologies for systems and software quality assurance.
    Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science and demonstrated experience with SAP Business ByDesign and other system administration software.
    Exposure to a manufacturing environment and/or consumer products experience a required.
    Advanced analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent technical knowledge including SAP Business ByDesign, MS Excel, SQL, ERP, EDI, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
    Strong communicator, both written and verbal with an ability to present to any level of the organization.
    Demonstrates troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus toward root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
    Demonstrated ability in developing new processes and driving change.
    Detail-oriented and thorough, but with ability to see the "big-picture" and understand key trends and business drivers.
    Team player, who is also a self-starter with the ability to work independently and show initiative.
    Must have a strong dedication to customer service.
