    SUMMARY

    The Inventory Control Specialist oversees the ordering, storing, receiving and distributing processes for Technology Services.

    The Specialist controls the flow of equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance, develops protocols for loss mitigation and assists with budgeting and finance for technology hardware, software, applications, licensing, and other relevant areas.



    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Associates Degree in logistics, inventory management or related field.


    OR
    High School Diploma or GED


    AND
    Two (2) years of experience in inventory management.

    Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

    Outstanding organizational Skills

    Ability to quickly problem solve and adapt to changing conditions

    Ability to work well under pressure


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS UPON HIRE

    FBI fingerprint background check.

    Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

    Post-offer/pre-employment physical exam and 50 lb lift test.

    Valid Arizona Driver's License
    MVReport - showing no more than the allowable points against Driver's License and Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliance greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under

    Governing Board Policy:
    EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
