    We are seeking a Business Development E-Commerce Associate to become an integral part of our team You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

    This is a part time position: 8am - 12pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
    • Maintain complete and accurate product listings on current customer's website and add new products as necessary
    • Make calls to new customer, identify and develop new partnership 1P and 3P.
    • Responsible for developing content and making regular posts to Facebook and other social media, Email marketing. Ensure consistency of message across multiple networks and continually monitor all sites.
    • Close and follow up on sales transactions
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
    • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task, attention to detail, organized, good time management, reporting skills, problem solving and analytical skills, good verbal communication skills, and able to work independently with some supervision
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
    • Previous experience in working with 1P Retail and E-commerce, preferably in Sales, Account Management and 3P Marketplace
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( programing calculation), Google drive, QuickBooks
