- Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
- Maintain complete and accurate product listings on current customer's website and add new products as necessary
- Make calls to new customer, identify and develop new partnership 1P and 3P.
- Responsible for developing content and making regular posts to Facebook and other social media, Email marketing. Ensure consistency of message across multiple networks and continually monitor all sites.
- Close and follow up on sales transactions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
- Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task, attention to detail, organized, good time management, reporting skills, problem solving and analytical skills, good verbal communication skills, and able to work independently with some supervision
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
- Previous experience in working with 1P Retail and E-commerce, preferably in Sales, Account Management and 3P Marketplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel ( programing calculation), Google drive, QuickBooks
