    Job Responsibilities

    • Assess children using various assessment tools
    • Maintain assigned caseload and write comprehensive Individual Plans of Care
    • Develop and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals
    • Provide consultation, training, and collaboration for parents and professionals
    • Supervise and train RBTs, interns, and other staff members

    Requirements

    • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field
    • Certification: Current BCBA certification
    • Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of ABA procedures, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities

    Physical Demands and Work Environment

    The job requires regular talking and hearing, frequent standing, walking, and sitting. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have the ability to move quickly and remain alert during therapy sessions.

    The work environment is an office setting with frequent interaction with staff, patients, and the public.

    Salary: Starting at $100,000 per year

    Job Type: Full-time
