The company sells to athletes directly and as an original equipment partner of major brands in the active Outdoor Recreation industry that incorporate our hands-free hydration reservoirs and soft flasks into hydration backpacks and running vests. We work with over 70 leading brands in this capacity including Osprey Backpacks, Salomon, Patagonia and The North Face. HydraPak also operates as Bottle Bright, the natural and effective cleaning tablet, and Polar Bottle, the original insulated sports water bottle for bike and recreation. Our branded hydration products are available at specialty sport stores worldwide.

Digital Marketing Coordinator Mission:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for driving the online presence and sales performance of our brands through meticulous management and strategic execution across various digital platforms. This role plays a vital role in the strategic direction of direct sales channels. The candidate is an energetic problem solver who thrives working for a fast-paced, high-growth company in an ever-changing online environment.

Primary and Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:

Execute all website design updates including images, banners, merchandising, and landing pages
Implement catalog uploads in Shopify and ensure data accuracy
Manage Amazon catalog including ticket filing, general maintenance & content upload for PDPs
Create and design copy for email campaigns, manage email campaign strategy and calendar, deliver reports on campaign perfromance as requested
Collect data on current ad creative, placement, and performance
Monitor performance, including production of weekly, monthly, and annually to performance reports on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising
Build out ads on paid media channels (Meta, Google) and monitor performance of ad campaigns
Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree required.
New graduates with a bachelor's degree in a related field encouraged to apply. All other candidates should have a minimum two years of digital marketing experience; prior experience in Outdoor Industry preferred
Google ads certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working Knowledge of Shopify - general maintenance, product creation, merchandising
Familiarity with Google/YouTube and Meta Ads
Basic email marketing experience, preferably Klaviyo
Knowledge of online marketplaces, specifically Amazon Vendor
Basic analytical skills and knowledge
High attention to detail
Excel skills - comfortable formatting, filtering & sorting
Amazon knowledge and GA4 experience preferred

Salary & Benefits:

This position is based in our Longmont, CO office. The typical work hours for this job are between 9am-5pm, Monday through Thursdays with remote work eligibility on Fridays. Hiring range for this position is $46,000-$58,000 annually with up to 5% bonus potential. HydraPak offers up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year of service, 11 paid holidays, a range of insurance benefits starting the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period, and a 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days.
