    : We are currently looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Director of Clinical Placement. The Director of Clinical Placement leads, manages and develops student placement administrative staff. The role ensures necessary resources are in place for the administration team to secure student clinical and preceptor placements. This role requires previous experience scaling processes for growth, building relationships with external partners, cross department collaboration and a strong attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate for this role will have the ability to lead a team while navigating and meeting multiple external deadlines, work in and monitor multiple student-facing and internal systems and have stellar written communication skills. They will have the ability to identify bottlenecks in processes and redirect resources as needed. This is a hands-on in-person role on our Draper, UT campus. WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:

    WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY:

    Guide placement administration activities, staffing, training, and development

    Oversee and adhere to placement administration process timeline

    Identify opportunities to improve, document and maintain placement administration department policies and procedures with the objective of growth and scalability

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the number of placements needed vs. available

    Communicate all aspects of placements (numbers, types, etc.) through cross departmental interactions and reporting

    Act as departmental contact from partner sites, coordinating with identified department leaders to ensure resolution in a swift manner

    Oversee registration process in partnership with Registrar

    Oversee immunization compliance

    Develop, maintain and oversee all aspects of placement administration communication

    Monitor incoming cohort populations and participate in placement placement forecasting

    Partner with IT in oversight of placement placement software systems and programs

    Coordinate affiliation agreements with placement partners and Chief of Staff

    Monitor affiliation agreements, expiration dates, requirements, etc.

    Maintain positive working relationships with partner sites

    Support special projects as needed

    Monitor and audit student and facility partner record keeping, ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies

    Collaborate with Program Chair of Clinical Education on placement of student groups and site schedules

    Monitor maintenance of facility partner contact list

    Monitor incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence

    Other duties as directed by supervisor
