    Full time, Project Manager position to support our Sales and Sales Support Departments by providing project management; working on a project through fruition from bidding, quoting, submittals, and assistance through production stages through coordination of shipment or installation to insure a satisfactory project outcome.

    Essential job duties and responsibilities:

    Assist with territory Sales Managers with request for bids, quotes, etc.,

    Represent the client and the Sales Dept. with high regard in communication with clients, general contractors, architects, designers, and "in-house" clientele (Sales Reps, Sales Support, Production, etc.,).

    Receives invitation to bid from general contractors and research bids accordingly.

    Distributes Invites to Bid with specifications and architects' information to appropriate Sales Rep.

    Work closely with VP of Sales, Sales Admin Manager, Estimating, Sales Support, Production, Installation Manager, Accounting, Visions/Graphic Planning Departments with correspondence, marketing material, message schedules, sign location plans and proposal preparation.

    Creation of message schedules using Excel.

    Creation of sign location plans using Adobe Illustrator.

    Review request for proposal for House Territories and prepare quotes.

    Assist production personnel with questions about orders.
