Position Details :
Title: Quality Engineering ManagerLocation: Mount Dora, FLShift: M

• F, 8am to 5pmCompensation: $80K to $100K + profit sharingBenefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance, 401K, paid Vacation and HolidaysPosition Description : Responsibilities include:Collaborating with all areas of the manufacturing process and functions to ensure quality standards are in place.

Implement methods/procedures for inspecting, evaluating the accuracy of products and processes.

Design and analyze inspection processes and equipment; conduct internal quality assurance reviews of methods and perform statistical analysis for cost and determine responsibility for products and materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

Perform root cause analysis, ensure preventive and corrective measures are put in place for non-conforming products.
Complete AS9102 FAI's, PPAP's and other customer requirements.
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and provide final diagnosis in failures.
Conduct or lead internal/external audits related to ISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
Oversee the reporting of On-Time Delivery and Overall Quality to upper management.
Manage final inspection, in-process inspection teams.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree level or aboveISO9001/AS9100 quality management systems experience.
Must have 5 years or more of Quality Engineering experience.
Worked in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with the aerospace/defense industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
