Our Learning and Development division is expanding We are looking for a charismatic and outgoing team member with experience in facilitating L&D programs that scale company wide.
This position is well-suited for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for corporate development and education in one of the most popular marketstoday, CyberSecurity.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the strategy and vision setting for employee educational initiatives.
Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors.
Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees.
Schedule and conduct meetings with management and internal stakeholders to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction.
Develop internal marketing materials to be distributed within the company promoting the course and necessary details.Analyze performance gaps and defines training needs.
Excellent organizational skills; adept at planning and executingprojects.
Be the point of contact forsupport.
Ensure that all the data collected from the participants isprotected.
Conduct evaluations to determine the program'seffectiveness.
Provide updates on the development of thecurriculum.
Collect data around curriculum content and ensures that content has been discussed and delivered withfidelity.
Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
Perform other duties that may arise from the programs that are necessary for success.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor's Degree; master's degree or higher will be aplus.
Minimum of 5+ years in Learning and Development or other relatedfields.
Experience facilitatingtraining.
Ability to operate independently with a high level of comfort to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meetdeadlines.
Proficient in MS Office tools and applications: Word, Excel,PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal, and communicationskills; adept at planning and executingprojects.
Data-driven and results-oriented, with unquestionable commitment to high-qualitywork.
Experience with Articulate and Absorb (LMS).
A proactive cultural leader and team player who thrives on collaboration andlearning.
Experience with implementing and evaluating curriculumdevelopment.
Comfort in working with diversepopulations; on a global scale is a plus.
Experience with mentor programs as a mentor, mentee, orcoordinator.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactivemindset.
Video editing and graphic design experience is a plus.
SHRMs HR Department of One Credential aplus.
Minimum of 5+ years experience in working with Sales and Sales Enablement training, a plus.
