    Growing insurance broker seeks Product Development Specialist to assist in the creation of new products in the property and casualty lines of business.



    Expected Duties:
    *
    • Support product design, development, and maintenance.
    *
    • Maintain uniformity in product design across programs
    *
    • Communicate applicable forms, endorsements, rates, and rules within global information grid to ensure compliance with carrier filings and state regulations.

    Qualifications:
    *
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    *** 5+ years experience in property and casualty insurance company, insurance brokerage firm, insurance agency, consulting state filings department, or similar.

    *
    • Knowledge of commercial products and casualty insurance products; Insurance Services Office products, forms, endorsements, manuals, and rules for property and casualty lines of business.
    *
    • Hands on experience with drafting proprietary coverage forms, endorsements, policy declarations, rules, and underwriting guidelines.
