    Clinical Nurse Specialist

    As a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading clinical operations.

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding day-to-day activities of direct patient care staff, providing informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback input for the annual performance evaluation. Participation in department staffing, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions is expected as well as recommending disciplinary action to Facility Administrators when necessary.

    Additionally, this position entails ensuring compliance with company-approved procedures and policies along with state and federal regulations. Approving or disapproving time/personnel schedule changes in the absence of the Facility Administrator is also required while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations,


    Main responsibilities include participating in patient care plan meetings; maintaining knowledge current practices related dialysis by attending all scheduled inservices; training orienting new staff members whenever necessary; observing guiding direct patient care staff proper technique adherence facility policies procedures; 


    This position requires travel between assigned facilities locations within community work environment characteristic health facility moderate noise levels may exposed infectious contagious diseases materials
