Associate's Degree (Required)ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor Vehicles Graduate of an accredited radiography program ODH Ohio Radiologic LicenseBLS Certification .
Valid state driver's license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
