    Summary:

    Lifetime Brands is searching for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the Digital/DTC team's activities and deliverables, ensuring all are completed on time and on budget, and align to the division's strategic business goals. Projects span from new site development to campaign management. You will work with a collaborative team to be an extension of the DTC brand, representing their business and consumers while partnering with the DTC team to organize a group of projects, which are managed together to coordinate the interfaces and prioritize resources between them and thereby reduce uncertainty for the organization.

    What you'll do:
    • Optimize and manage project management platforms.
    • Define and manage the development of project briefs and processes.
    • Create timelines and facilitate all digital projects, including new site design, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and weekly status meetings for the DTC team.
    • Establish and maintain project workflows, processes, and project management software.
    • Oversee Validate Process Analysis by understanding brand business objectives, goals and priorities as they relate to our DTC strategy.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Serve as the Digital/DTC point of contact for the divisions and manage internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings.
    • Provides weekly updates to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams on all open projects including status on project milestones, risks, and blockers.
    • Coordinate the groupings of projects along the interrelatedness of their management requirements and maximize the value of the portfolio of work, aiming for most efficient and business improving return on investment, while balancing risk.
    • Serve as an escalation point and liaison between divisions and DTC team to communicate divisions goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables.
    • Utilize a consultative approach to gain a deep understanding of the holistic environment and coordinate execution to deliver value for Lifetime Brands DTC organization.
    What you'll need:
    • 3-5 years relevant digital project management experience, including the execution and management of web development, feature requests, sprint planning, creative and performance marketing projects.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with merchandisers, front and back end developers, IT, and other disciplines.
    • Technical knowledge to consult and provide solutions based on internal or divisional needs, ideas or issues faced.
    • Experience with project management software tools and web tech stacks(Google Platform, Jira, ,Shopify Plus)
    Educational/ Position Requirements:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or similar
    • Digital project management experience with heavy emphasis on ecommerce website development requirements and process. Shopify experience is a plus.
    • Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with local and remote key leaders and team members and work with virtual and remote teams.
    • Proficiency with project-based tools such as Shopify Plus,Google Sheets,JIRA, Monday PM, as well as others.
    Salary Range- $85,000 - $95,000
