    Adecco is hiring immediately for an Operations and Logistics Assistant for a local client in Phoenix, AZ.

    This is an Entry-level role for a motivated and ambitious candidate looking to start their career in supply chain.

    Contract Type: Contact-to-Hire

    Pay: $20-$25 per hour

    Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm

    As the Operations & Logistics Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our logistics and training operations. You will use your passion for teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail while working closely with various teams and partners to ensure effective and efficient warehouse and training center operations, while providing an optimal customer service experience. This position reports to the Operations and Logistics Manager.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Warehousing: picking, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics.
    • Monitor shipments in transit and address any delays.
    • Respond to customer enquiries on product availability and order status.
    • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
    • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
    • Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
    • Data entry across various software platforms.
    • Assist with CLIENT Service Center warranty claims, invoices, and shipments.
    • Administrative and project support to other departments as needed.
    • Other duties may be assigned.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • AS Degree or higher
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Valid driver's license required.
