    Job DescriptionQuality Assurance Improvement Engineer Specialist

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer:

    • Review and analyze warranty, IQS, and customer feedback to prioritize improvement efforts.
    • Update customer feedback database with improvement activities and status.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional departments to ensure customer issue understanding and improvement implementation.
    • Investigate external quality concerns and coordinate root cause analysis and countermeasure development.
    • Regularly issue reports and presentations to inform customers on progress and results.
    • Support plantwide and departmentwide quality planning, conferences, and events for external customers.
    • Administer and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
    • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

    Qualifications & Preferences Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
    Travel Requirement
    Domestic / International travel may be required.
