    At Baylor Scott & White Health, your well-being is our top priority. The Wound Care Registered Nurse assesses patients, establishes diagnoses, and creates healthcare plans. This role ensures patient safety during healthcare journeys by understanding patient needs and assisting with encounters.
    Be proactive in designing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
    Take part in initiatives to improve quality and performance.
    Engage in collaborative and mutual work with colleagues and the community.
    You need a good understanding of nursing standards and patient care.
    Understanding legal and ethical considerations is important for success.
    You must be a problem solver who can quickly detect and react to changes in patients.
    You will also need to know how to use computers and medical software.
    Our workforce should reflect our communities.

    Completion of an associates degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
    A minimum of (3) three years of relevant nursing experience.
