- Integrate information from departments and function throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients
- Plan and implement approved business solutions and develop metrics, and methods to collect those metrics, to measure operational efficiency
- Create process changes by integrating new processes to improve existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholders
- Research and document sources of knowledge management training and develop and present knowledge management briefings to the JIO Staff
- Align processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures with mission and strategy of the organization and Command
- Assist in leveraging SharePoint features, and associated tools to capture knowledge assets that improve operational collaboration and efficiency
- Minimum five (5) years of experience with Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline or (11) years without a degree.
- Active TS/SCI + Polygraph
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Confluence, task management systems, and JIRA design, planning, and managing permissions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
