Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Memphis, TN.
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving studio membership sales by creating a welcoming environment and educating prospective clients about the benefits of Pilates.
Daily tasks include responding to inquiries about membership packages, conducting studio tours, scheduling classes, following up with leads, and fostering positive client relationships.
Additionally, the role involves ensuring smooth studio operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting marketing initiatives as needed.Qualifications
Sales and Interpersonal Skills:
Proficiency in customer service, effective communication, persuasion, and rapport-building to engage and retain members.
Organizational and Administrative Skills:
Competence in managing schedules, keeping accurate records, and handling day-to-day studio operations efficiently.
Fitness and Wellness Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Pilates or a willingness to learn about Pilates methodologies to promote the studio effectively.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling software, and proficiency with computers and common office applications.
Teamwork and Adaptability:
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a fitness-related field is an advantage.
