    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager located in Southport, NC. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets and finances, as well as managing and developing staff. The GM will be interacting with the guests, running food, cooking when needed, etc. The perfect fit will be personable, hard working, and strategic with P&L. They have to WANT to roll up their sleeves and work long hours during the season.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of 3 years as an active GM in a fast paced, high volume, full service restaurants (at least 2.5MM in rev)
    • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
    • Problem resolution is important
    • Knowledge of seafood safety
    • Experience in managing budgets and finances/Extremely fluent in P&L.
    • Proven track record of success in business operations
    • Experience in staff management and development
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
    • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
    • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
    • Train and manage kitchen personnel
    • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
