    Healthcare Service Associate II

    The primary function of our Healthcare team is to fulfill orders, including receiving priority healthcare products, storing them in our warehouse facility, picking and packing orders, shipping them, and providing customer service support.

    Healthcare Service Associates II help our clients become more efficient, allowing them to focus on their core competencies, better serve their customers, and improve the products and services they offer.

    • The ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
    • The capacity to perform all warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put-away, cycle count, and inventory audit.
    • Utilizing radio frequency (RF) scanners to electronically perform warehouse activities.
    • Performing tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision.
    • Utilizing a computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) to perform warehouse activities, including outbound process, inbound process, and inventory control.
    • Ensuring transaction accuracy, safety, and quality compliance.
    • Working in various environments, including ambient warehouses, refrigerated storage spaces, or freezer spaces.
    • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen required.

    This role requires hands-on work related to UPS's core operations, following established procedures and guidelines to execute work efficiently and safely.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manages delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to meet SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
    • Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal support groups.
    • Daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc.
    • Performs financial activities, including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and creating annual business plans to meet business unit and corporate initiatives.
    • Retains and strengthens customer relationships, including face-to-face customer service.
    • Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the operation.
    • May provide support to field stocking locations (FSL), agent locations across multiple geographies, and support the provider network.
