    Harvey | Harvey-Cleary's Houston Office is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

    The marketing department is responsible for developing business proposals, sales presentations, marketing collateral and internal and external communications pieces and events.

    The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager, Executive Vice President and will primarily focus on local marketing efforts.

    The ideal candidate will work on a team with other marketing professionals towards achieving firm-wide marketing goals and completing special projects.

    The successful candidate is an experienced marketer who is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a creative thinker committed to working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    The ability to understand and propose practical solutions is critical to this role.

    The Marketing Coordinator leads execution of local proposals, local event efforts, assist with social media, ordering promotional products, assisting leadership with local administrative task.


    Responsibilities:
    Complete management and development including copy, graphic design, layout and production of brochures, qualifications, proposals and interview material
    Assist in updating marketing collateral
    Assist in the maintenance of the marketing CRM (Cosential)
    Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the website, social media channels and newsletters
    Manage or assist with event planning for office-wide and small group events
    Understanding and implementation overall company and brand standards
    Provide consistent and positive customer service
    Schedule and coordinate project, event, and staff photography and project close-outs
    Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications:
    3-5 years of relevant marketing experience; knowledge of A/E/C industry a plus
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
    Adobe Creative Suite proficiency; especially Creative Cloud, InDesign and Photoshop
    Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word and Excel)
    CRM/Database experience (Cosential knowledge a plus)
