The Assistant Coach is working in the primary capacity of an educator and enhances the student experience and satisfaction as well as raise the College's image and reputation through building and maintaining a competitive athletic program.Responsibilities
- Instruct student-athletes on the rules, fundamentals, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport as it relates the throwing events
- Collaborate with the head coach on determining game strategy,
- Recruit and retain qualified students in accordance with thartwick Track ead Field Program
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence,inovation ndiversity n undergraduate teaching by building healthy relationships wiht he stude-ts,lresponing t otheir concerns ,advise students both personally nd academically,,nd contribte ot heir personal groth nd academic succeess.
