    Environmental, Operations and Construction (EOC) operates within HDR's Federal Business Group, capable of delivering services across all HDR business groups at any location.

    Our work is performed by our professional staff, scientists and engineers at remote sites, embedded in client office space or our own facilities.

    EOC delivers quality engineering, environmental, and construction management services at competitive prices.

    EOC is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer to work at our client site McGee Tyson Air National Guard Base in Louisville, Tennessee.

    This individual will serve as Senior Civil Engineering and subject matter expert supporting POLFuels Operations and Construction for the Air National Guard.

    This is a temporary position.
    Primary Responsibilities

    Design and plan production for general civil on wide variety of projects, including site layouts, horizontal and vertical control, grading and drainage paving, site utilities, and associated civil engineering activities.

    Perform complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures.

    Serve as technical expert with recognized authority in the area of specialization that resolves problems of great scope and complexity as needed.

    Perform other duties as needed.
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    Minimum of 10 years in the operation and construction of POL (Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant) Fuel Systems
    PE License
    Project Engineering and Project Management experience
    An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
    Preferred Qualifications
    Air National Guard Fuel Systems experience
    Minimum of 25 years of related experience
    Air Force engineering experience
