Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Education And Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or equivalent required.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
