    Staff Management:
    - Supervising attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
    Case Management:
    - Monitoring case progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and distributing workload among staff members.
    Quality Control:
    - Reviewing legal documents, briefs, contracts, and work products for accuracy and compliance with laws and firm standards.
    Client Relations:
    - Managing client relationships, addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    Financial Management:
    - Monitoring financial performance, budgeting, billing, invoicing, and collections, implementing strategies for profitability.
    Business Development:
    - Attracting new clients, retaining existing ones, and expanding the firm's practice areas or market reach.
    Compliance and Ethics:
    - Ensuring legal and ethical standards are followed, including client confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
    Technology and Infrastructure:
    - Overseeing technology and software systems to improve efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
    Professional Development:
    - Providing training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for staff members.
    Risk Management:
    - Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the firm, such as malpractice claims or conflicts of interest.
    Strategic Planning:
    - Participating in developing and executing the firm's long-term strategic goals, expansion plans, mergers, or acquisitions.
    Conflict Resolution:
    - Mediating disputes among staff members, clients, or other parties to maintain a positive work environment.
    Continual Improvement:
    - Identifying areas for improvement within the firm's operations and policies to enhance efficiency and client service.
    Legal Research and Analysis:
