    Overview:

    We are partnering with our client who is a premier commercial knife rental and sharpening service, that is rapidly expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Business Development Specialists. This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career candidates and those looking to break into sales to develop their skills and grow with a market leader

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily, totaling 60 each week.
    • Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
    • Establish at least 6 new customers weekly through cold calling, networking, and social media prospecting.
    • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage inventory of sales knives.
    • Collaborate effectively with their service and support team members.
    • Ensure all duties are performed safely and maintain company vehicle.

    Qualifications:

    • Exposure or experience in the food service industry is preferred.
    • Successful background in outside business development or sales.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.
    • Highly motivated, target-driven, with a proven track record.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Valid drivers license and ability to meet pre-employment and periodic MVR requirements.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

    Salary: $50,000/year base salary + UNCAPPED commissions

    OTE $85-$90k/yr
