- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and network equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and update computer systems and networks
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff members and students
- Monitor and maintain technology inventory and equipment
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement technology projects and initiatives
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in an IT support role
- Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing technology needs
- Knowledge of educational technology is a plus
