    The Training Specialist will coordinate all facets of training HDINA dealership personnel in North America as well as for internal personnel.

    Assist with training plan development and implementation (both online and classroom), support and maintain relationships with remote training sites and manage training administrative duties for the learning management systems.

    This role will also provide administrative support for Training team members.

    Administer Training Duties for Learning Management System (LMS)
    Deploy, manage, and maintain web-based training courses (WBT's).
    Setup and maintain training locations, instructor-led class schedules, and instructor-led course (ILT) titles, descriptions, and part numbers.

    Work closely with training developers, instructors, and outside vendors for the design and production of outsourced training materials as a primary source of information and resource.

    Create and maintain verbiage for automated communications templates regarding new registration confirmations and other correspondence from LMS.

    Maintain and create Certification (Learning Paths) on LMS for Sales, Parts and Service and Dealer Scorecard, and coordinate with vendors on fulfillment of learning path awards.

    Monitor Service Training page on DealerNET and make sure information is up-to-date and accurate.
    Training Coordination
    Work closely with training team to manage logistics for instructor-led classes.
    Create and track vendor invoices for training and service-related products and submit via e-approval for payment.
    Prepare/create invoices for student billing by the 15th of each month for the previous month.
    Prepare monthly training reports.
    Maintain adequate inventory of everyday use items.
    Assist with cleaning and maintaining training classroom(s) and shop areas.
    Provide assistance in bringing machines in and set up for class.
    Travel with training team (Instructors, Trainers, Developers, etc.) as needed to increase training familiarity.
    Assist with dealer call-in webinars for parts and service.
    Monitor and assist dealers with Call Trac help desk cases.
    Meet bi-weekly with maintenance vendor to discuss issues and status of LMS changes or updates.

    Training Program and Materials Development/ Maintenance
    Assist developers, instructors, and trainers' creation of training materials.
    Create and maintain electronic library of course materials, photos, course manuals, etc.
    Periodically audit training material for accuracy, relevancy, as well as branding.
    Online Course Development - In-house:
    Online Course Development – Vendors:
    Coordinate with developers making raw data available to vendor.
    Help manage machine inventory. This includes keeping track of training machine hours and reporting to the logistics department.
    Assist in coordinating necessary machine(s) for regional training.

    Health, Dental, and Vision
    Adobe Premiere Pro preferred but not required.
    Experience with E-learning design using Articulate 360 applications (Storyline 360 and Rise 360) preferred but not required.
    High level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
    Fluent in Korean preferred but not a must
