The Desktop Support Specialist provides customer service for Government Client for mobile tablet and devices.

Job Requirements **Qualifications:**

Two-year IT experience preferred

Experience in tablet imaging and configuration

Windows 10 OS experience and/or certification

Excellent interpersonal communication and customer satisfaction skills

**Education:**

High school diploma or equivalent

**Licenses/Certifications/Registrations:**

Security+ Certification (Required) - must currently possess or obtain within 180 days of hire and must be maintained throughout duration of employment

Window 10 Certification / Training - must currently possess or obtain within 180 days of hire and must be maintained throughout duration of employment

Desired but not required:

Network+ Certification

Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certification

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation

Current drivers license

Proof of U.S. citizenship

The ability to receive and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Strong preference given to candidates who meet all job requirements and possess an active DoD Secret clearance
