    Active TS/SCI with polygraph Travel: Some travel may be required locally and to all three office locations More about your role: NASK is seeking a talented, responsible, responsive, and highly motivated Senior-level Program Control professional
    The Program Control Analyst will be responsible for all financial deliverables required under NASK's U.S
    Government contracts and subcontracts, as well as internal analysis and reporting
    The ideal candidate will possess a strong familiarity with U.S

    GAAP; FAR, DFARS, and IC regulatory requirements as related to timekeeping, cost allowability and allocation, and invoicing; and contractor financial implications associated with U.

    S
    Government Cost-reimbursable, Fixed-price, Time & Materials, and Labor-hour contracts; to include award fee and incentive fee
    The ideal candidate will also possess excellent business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Develop plans, budgets, and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for multiple contracts
    • Develop financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements
    • Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
    • Produce cost reports and other financial deliverables
    • Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs
    baseline


    • Support Accounts Receivable as required during the billing cycle, and assist in the investigation and resolution of invoice issues
    • Review and approve invoices and validate revenue
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profit, and direct labor projections
    • Track funding and ceiling amounts and initiate limitation of costs and limitation of funds notification alerts to the Contracts Manager
    • Review subcontractor/vendor invoices for accuracy;
    • Assist in the pricing of labor, travel, and materials for various types of contracts and proposals
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and NASK policies and procedures
    • Perform proposal and performance financial risk assessments, analysis, and recommend mitigation approaches
    • Actively participate in internal and customer meetings and reviews
    • Work independently on complex assignments, while also performing as an effective member of an integrated team; and

    Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years' related experience
    • TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field from an accredited university (Master's degree in a related field a plus)
    • Ability to work on-site in Fairfax, VA (or other elected base office location CO/OH); both independently and as part of an integrated team
    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to produce complex program control reporting to include graphs/charts
    • Strong familiarity with U.S
    GAAP; and with FAR, DFARS, and IC regulatory requirements as related to timekeeping, cost allowability and allocation, and invoicing


    • Strong familiarity with contractor financial implications associated with U.S
    Government Cost-reimbursable, Fixed-price, Time & Materials, and Labor-hour contracts; to include award fee and incentive fee;


    • Excellent business acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct financial risk analysis and recommend mitigation approaches
    • Excellent ability to address multiple, diverse issues simultaneously, applying appropriate priorities
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills
    • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to ensuring deadlines are met, with a high degree of quality
    • Strong time management skills ensuring tasks are executed efficiently
    • Excellent proficiency with Deltek Costpoint
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certifications would be considered a plus
