    We have an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager (for a high profile Higher Education project) in our Buffalo location.

    Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc.

    consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.

    LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate directly with client, facility, stakeholders and user groups
    Oversee and ensure quality and consistency of construction and all aspects of project
    Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
    Monitor and track project budgets
    Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the proposed work
    Manage project administrative efforts, including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related discipline
    15+ years' experience in Project Management, preferably for projects exceeding $25 million
    Higher education facility renovation/construction experience required
    Strong communication skills at multiple project levels ranging from tradespeople to facility executives
    Expertise in project administration for budget and schedule management
    Strong technical and leadership expertise is needed
    Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
    Strategic perspective and ingenuity for solving problems to avoid negative impacts

    • We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment
    • Compensation: Minimum: $125,000 Maximum: $165,000.
    The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.

    Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates' qualifications and location.
