    Description

    Fleet Manager

    WE OFFER
    Provide oversight for approximately 550 leased vehicles. Act as liaison between our employees and the vendor who we outsource most of our fleet related services to.

    Respond to requests from various HSB/MRAm/Element personnel and accommodate those requests (e.g., relocate/reassign fleet vehicles, make repair/replace decisions for damaged vehicles, conduct vehicle selection analysis, compute personal use deduction annually).

    Provide financial analysis for cost center managers. Review and execute real estate payments for HSB real estate portfolio.


    WE EXPECT

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience is required
    • 7 + years of Fleet maintenance related experience is required
    • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) designation is a plus
    • Experience implementing and maintaining Fleet maintenance software/data management systems is preferred
    • A background in transportation, logistics or supply chain is a plus.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic accounting knowledge
    • Detail oriented, analytical, objective, and results oriented
    • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
    • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • A competitive and career-oriented mindset
    • Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
    • Must be an effective communicator, team player and detail oriented
