    Are you driven to deploy the resources of business towards addressing global sustainability challenges? Are you eager to contribute to the development of sustainable business strategies? Do you have an affinity for conducting your own research and using data to drive informed, and impactful decisions? We are looking for a motivated analyst to work closely with Trimble's sustainability team and internal leadership on embedding the practice of sustainability within Trimble's far-reaching, global organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct literature reviews, synthesize findings, and develop decision-useful presentations on key sustainability topics.
    Inform reporting strategy through in-depth assessments of corporate reporting landscape and trends.

    Support and participate in other critical sustainability initiatives such as GHG inventory creation, science-based target fulfillment, and cultivating sustainability partnerships.

    Provide general technical, operational, and administrative support as needed.
    Advance program management best practices in governing Trimble's sustainability program including monitoring and evaluation of results, and adaptive management.

    Act as a change agent and use data to shape and influence the team's perception, awareness, and understanding of environmental sustainability, social, and governance responsibility topics.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in Sustainability, Environmental Management, or related field.
    Knowledge of corporate sustainability landscape, sustainable business strategy, and global sustainability challenges.
    Experience with basic computer programming, data management & analysis, and high proficiency in Google Workspace (sheets, docs, slides).
    Strong written and oral communication skills.

    Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.

    This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
