Business Process Analyst II

A challenging opportunity is available for a Business Process Analyst II position in Norfolk, VA. The role requires US Citizenship.

Employment Term and Type:
- Regular, Full Time

Required Security Clearance:
- Secret

Required Education:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Responsibilities:
- Leading and directing the work of others
- Developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising, and improving work methods and procedures
- Formulating and enforcing work standards and reviewing work discrepancies
- Supervising contractor personnel and ensuring contract performance

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures

Desired:

- Education: At least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience with IT and Cybersecurity

Physical and Environmental Conditions:
- Normal Office Environment
- Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers

This Business Process Analyst II position offers an opportunity to support the Naval Sea Systems Command Code 03S (NAVSEA 03S) Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) efforts concerning information technology services in support of the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) Program.
