Months Contract Job Description:

This role will assist multiple Operations teams who support Investment management, banking, and loan products throughout the life of an account.

Supporting client facing teams, nationwide , in cash disbursements and supporting functions.

• Executes activities associated with facilitating cash movement for Wealth Management clients on IM and banking platforms
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with risk and compliance procedures
• Enter transactional details to facilitate cash movement
• Outgoing cash movement includes, foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers
• Foster strong partnership with client facing staff nationwide
• Data entry and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
• Various project support tasksRequired Skills/Experience:Strong attention to detail with ability to process critical data accurately and timely.

Excellent client service skills using both written and oral communicationExperienced user of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
