- Issue purchased orders needed for production.
- Assist with demand planning for sellable items.
- Ensure timely invoicing for all sales orders.
- Ensure timely product receipt and invoice entry for all purchase orders.
- Assist with request for quotes (RFQ's).
- Partner with Quality department to process non-conformance reports.
- Distribution backup. Responsible for knowing and being able to fulfill the shipping clerk duties as necessary.
- Create and maintain production schedule.
- Provide regular updates to the Product Fulfillment Manager of supply chain issues, including lead time issues, shortages, and price changes.
- Coordinate product return activities (repacking/restocking/invoicing)
- Assist with supplier audits.
- Internal audits.
- Ability to understand purchasing documents.
- Proficiency with software programs, including Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer expectations and impact to the business.
- Self-starter with analytical mindset.
