Responsibilities
- Finding new and engaging ways to help kids learn, while maintaining control of environments that build children's self esteem
- Implement and plan curriculum for program; ensuring child centered and developmentally appropriate learning experiences throughout classrooms using positive reinforcement for behavioral management
- Conduct and record weekly child observations as well as any related to child behavior concerns or development that may require early intervention with parents/guardians
- Acurately maintain daily attendance records, emergency contact binders, allergy reports,
