In this role, you will provide licensed nursing services to residents in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation's guidelines. You will report to the Director of Nursing/Health and Wellness Director and may oversee other staff members.

Job Description

Administer medications to residents in adherence to Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
Handle the admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation.
Develop acute and long-term care plans.
Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control under supervision.
Offer health-related consultations within the community.
Communicate changes in residents' health to physicians and family members with proper documentation.
Respond promptly to emergencies.
Maintain open communication with departments and staff.
Conduct educational sessions for residents and staff members.
Ensure confidentiality of residents' information.
Participate in training, in-service, and staff meetings.
Promote a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse's License in practicing state.
CPR certification required.
Prior experience in senior care or related field.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Committed, empathetic, and dynamic.
