Position Purpose:

Drives the vision, innovation, standards, and systems architecture to support Identity & Access Management (IAM). Architects software security standards and implementation strategies, including partnering with enterprise architects, applications, and platform teams to design robust, integrated architectures for Identity & Access Management systems and solutions. Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and communicate the long-term vision and strategic plans for IAM. Analyzes business requirements to develop technical working solutions and associated frameworks. This role will specifically design and support our Privileged Access Management capabilities.

• Understands the business and technical requirements to establish IAM architectural designs across business, process and technical viewpoints.
• Bridges the IAM requirements with the overall business needs by driving meaningful collaboration with enterprise architects, infrastructure, data, and application architects.
• Analyzes the current state architecture, identify the gaps, and make suitable recommendations for improvement using IAM best practices against industry standards.
• Creates and maintain standard documentation related to identity processes and procedures.
• Architects best in class security solutions as it relates to required IAM capabilities for new large, cross platform projects.
• Provides subject matter expertise on associated identity solutions, modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, tools, active directory, privileged account management, synchronization, provisioning, public key infrastructure, and other relevant identity topics.
• Designs implementation strategy for enhanced security models and other applications used for Identifies Authentication and Authorization.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

• One or more of the following skills are desired:
• Experience with Other: Experience in identity and access management tools like CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping, Duo, Azure AD, etc.
• Knowledge of Other: Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions and Cloud Computing

License/Certification:

• CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Security preferred
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
• AZ-900 Azure Certification preferred
• CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred

Pay Range: $98, $183,100.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
