- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tax compliance and general ledger reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with OneSource or similar tax compliance software is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.
- CPA or CPA eligible, CMI preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
