We specialize in the engineering, installation, and service of HVAC systems for all types of commercial projects and custom residential homes. On any given day we have more than 100 vehicles on the road with over 200 employees working diligently toward our goals.
**Position Summary**
Encon is seeking a talented service department administrator based in Stratford CT with administrative and payroll experience
The successful candidate must be a dependable and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to work in a group and individually to get work completed.
**Job Responsibilities**
Create and edit invoices to be sent error free to clients.
Process technician timecards.
Track and monitor unbilled costs to ensure all labor and material is billed appropriately and on time.
Handle all overflow incoming calls and customer inquiries, research and provide resolution of any customer issue in a tactful and professional manner.
The service administrator assists the parts agent and coordinators to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.
Ad Hoc requests as needed.
**Required Skills & Experience**
1+ years of administrative and/or payroll experience
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to follow direction and have good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and basic Excel)
**Desired Skills & Experience**
Basic working knowledge of HVAC equipment and terminology a plus but not required.
**Eligibility Requirements**
Must be willing work from office in Stratford, CT during the hours of 7:00 am 4:00 pm
Employment/education will be verified.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

**Physical Requirements**
Ability to stand, walk, bend, type, and sit for up to (8) hours
