    We have an opportunity available for a Marketing Associate - Email Marketing to work within our Marketing Team.

    The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible to execute lead/demand generation and channel marketing strategies that effectively and measurably target desired audiences and persuade them to act.

    The Email Marketing Associate champions our brand by executing strategies that reflects a deep and nuanced understanding of both TAKKT Food Service's brand essence as well as our target personas.

    The Email Marketing Associate is a team player, a creative thinker, and a proactive practitioner who effectively delivers on desired business outcomes, while maintaining and championing brand standards and best practices across all marketing channels.


    What you will do:

    • Executes effective email marketing campaigns (building, testing, reporting).
    • Develops and owns goals as well as performance metrics for campaigns.
    • Monitors campaign effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement.
    • Collaborates with crossfunctional teams (graphic designers, writers, web designers, marketers, merchandisers, sellers)
    • Efficiently enters tickets into the project management system and assigns tasks.
    • Monitors project progress and ensures tasks are completed on time.
    • Contributes fresh thinking and new ideas for digital strategies, channel
    - marketing, and campaigns

    • Continues to develop digital marketing skills and seeking learning opportunities
    • Recommends ways to streamline workflows and improve communication
    • Identifies opportunities to reduce silos within the email marketing team
    • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, email marketing best practices,
    - and advancements in Marketing Cloud technologies. Apply this knowledge to
    - enhance our marketing efforts.

    What we need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or another closely related major
    • 13 years of digital marketing experience (e.g., lead/demand gen, channel marketing, email etc.)
    • Preferable experience with digital tools such as Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement), and Google Analytics. EOE
